GUYS, SOME WEEKS AGO, I POSTED ABOUT THE TERAHERTZ WAND BLOWER, TODAY I WANT TO SHARE AN UPDATE ABOUT THAT AND MORE.


FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS, I HAVE SHAVED A LITTLE MORE THAN AN INCH OFF MY WAIST LINE. SO MY RECOVERY WAS EXTREMELY QUICK, IN ABOUT 1 HOUR FOR THE DETOX. THAT'S QUITE REMARKABLE. SO THIS IS HOW I CAN JUDGE THAT WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS IS WORKING AND HELPING.

OR SOMETIMES THEY WOULD BUY ROTI CANAI AND I WILL TAKE A COUPLE. NOT A BIG DEAL. BUT FOR THE MOST PART, I STUCK TO IT. FOR THE FIRST TWO WEEKS, MY BODY WENT THROUGH AN ADJUSTMENT PHASE AND I FELT HUNGER, AFTER THAT, I WAS OK SKIPPING BREAKFAST AND SOMETHING ELSE TO NOTE, IS THAT I DID NOT CUT BACK ON MY LUNCH NOR DINNERS, MEANING PORTION WISE. I DON'T EAT HUGE PORTIONS ANYWAY BUT I STILL EAT WHAT I USED TO EAT AND STILL HAVE THE OCCASIONAL PIZZA, BURGER KING ETC EVERY NOW AND THEN. MAYBE MY RESULTS COULD BE EVEN BETTER IF I CUT OUT THE JUNK AND PROCESSED FOODS. HOWEVER, MY POINT IS, I STILL GOT RESULTS WITHOUT MAKING MY BODY STRESSED.


2ND. I DID LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGES, AGAIN I EXPLAIN MORE ABOUT THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM AND ITS IMPORTANCE IN MY DIY MED BED COURSE, BUT I WILL INCLUDE A YOUTUBE VIDEO HERE THAT TEACHES YOU HOW TO DO IT AND THE AREAS ON THE BODY TO DO IT. I WOULD DO THE MASSAGES IN THE SHOWER AND UNDER HOT WATER. (NOT BOILING HOT) BUT TO THE TEMPERATURE THAT MY BODY WAS COMFORTABLE WITH. REMEMBER IN ORDER TO GET THE LYMPH SYSTEM FLOWING IT NEEDS HEAT, SO I WOULD MASSAGE THE APPROPRIATE AREAS ON MY BODY AND THEN CONTINUE WITH MY SHOWER WHEN DONE.


WHAT I NOTICED IN PARTICULAR, IS THAT ON MY RIGHT SIDE, ON MY LOWER BACK, YOU KNOW THAT FLABBY AREA, I WOULD USUALLY SCRATCH IT. ITCHINESS IS A DEFINITE SIGN THAT YOUR LYMPHATIC SYSTEM IS NOT FLOWING PROPERLY.
